If at any time YogicShaadi.com, in its sole discretion, is of the opinion or has any reason to believe that you are not eligible to become a member or that you have made any misrepresentation about your eligibility, YogicShaadi.com hereby reserves the right to forthwith terminate your membership and/or your right to use the services of YogicShaadi.com without any refund of any monies paid to YogicShaadi.com.

3. ACCOUNT SECURITY

We do not ask for Password and you are cautioned not to share your password to any persons. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. MEMBERSHIP

Membership is not automatic. The right of admission is vested with YogicShaadi.com. You become a member upon due acceptance of the Profile or Payment by YogicShaadi.com.

Your Membership is only for personal use. It is not to be assigned, transferred or licensed so as to be used by any other person/entity.

Members are advised to make appropriate/thorough enquiries before acting upon any matrimonial advertisement. YogicShaadi.com does not provide guarantee for or assurance of or subscribe to the claims and representations made by advertisers regarding particulars of status, age, income of other members. YogicShaadi.com also does not vouch for the contents of the Voice Messages exchanged between members.

SMSes, E-mails, Whatsapp messages and all other electronic communications sent from YogicShaadi.com are solely for your personal use. You are not authorized to forward any such messages. You are solely responsible for any issues/problems which may arise out of forwarding the messages or emails sent to you.

Term for the Membership would be in accordance with the type of membership undertaken.

5. TERMINATION

This Agreement will be effective, valid and subsisting as long as you use our Site. You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason by writing to YogicShaadi.com. In the event you terminate your membership, you will not be entitled to a refund of any unutilized subscription fees, if any, paid by you, except where otherwise guaranteed in writing.

YogicShaadi.com may terminate your access to the Site and/or your membership for any reason including but not limited to breach of the  Terms of Service, using the Service for commercial purpose, engaging in prohibited or inappropriate communication or activity, by sending notice to you at the email address as provided by you in your application for membership or such other email address as you may later provide to YogicShaadi.com. If YogicShaadi.com terminates your membership for breach of terms of this Agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of any Membership fees, if any, paid by you.

6. GENERAL TERMS

• Multiple profiles of the same person are not allowed on our Site.
• At YogicShaadi.com, it is important for you to gain the trust of other Members. Hence, having a Trust Badge on your profile is very significant here. Your Trust Badge lets every other know that your profile is legitimate, which will help you in getting more matches. Thus, we request YogicShaadi.com Members to submit a copy of any of their Government-issued identity card such as Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Driving License or Passport, to add a Trust Badge to their profile.

7. ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
